Il cibo: una lingua universale che unisce la tradizione all’innovazione
L’intonazione del Nabucco da parte dei cori di S.Ilario di Rovereto, Brianza di Missaglia, Rifugio Città di Seregno, Coro Femminile Incanto di Corsico, Coro dei Piccoli Cantori di Milano e I ragazzi della Scuola Rinnovata ha emozionato la plate. Insieme all’inno ufficiale del BIE ha preceduto il discorso conclusivo del Presidente Mattarella. “Con una venatura di malinconia per la conclusione di questa importante manifestazione posso affermare che questo non sarà un addio ma un passaggio di consegna. La Carta di Milano ha un importante compito: portare in tutto il mondo il messaggio di questa Esposizione rivolto alla vita e ai diritti umani. Attraverso il cibo si possono esaltare le tradizioni di ogni singolo Paese, ovvero legare alla storia lo spirito dell’innovazione e dello sviluppo per il futuro.”
Con le parole del Presidente si è conclusa la cerimonia ufficiale di chiusura dell’Esposizione Universale di Milano. Fuochi d'artificio e giochi pirotecnici lungo il perimetro dell’Open Air Theater hanno emozionato una platea di spettatori commossi e meravigliati.
La nourriture : un langage universel qui unit tradition et innovation
L’intonation de Nabucco de la part des Chœurs de S.Ilario de Rovereto, de Brianza di Missaglia, du Refuge de la Commune de Seregno, du Chœur Féminin de Corsico, du Chœur des Petits Chanteurs de Milan et des Élèves de la « Scuola Rinnovata » a ému le public. Avec l’hymne officiel du Bureau International des Exposition, il a précédé le discours de clôture du Président Sergio Mattarella. « C’est avec un peu de mélancolie pour la conclusion de cette importante manifestation que je peux affirmer que ce n’est pas un adieu, mais un passage de témoin. La Charte de Milan a un devoir important : diffuser dans le monde entier le message de cette Exposition Universelle tournée vers la vie et les droits de l’homme. La nourriture permet d’exalter les traditions de chaque pays, de lier l’histoire à une volonté d’innovation et de développement pour le futur. »

The Chorus of the Hebrew Slaves, sung by the choirs of S.Ilario of Rovereto, Brianza of Missaglia, Rifugio Città of Seregno, the Incanto Women’s Choir of Corsico, the Coro dei Piccoli Cantori from Milan and the children of the Scuola Rinnovata was a moving moment for the audience. Together with the official anthem of the BIE it preceded the closing speech delivered by President Mattarella. “With a touch of sadness for the conclusion of this important event, I can say that this will not be a farewell but a handover. The Charter of Milan has an important mission: to take the message of this Exposition, addressed to life and human rights, all over the world. With food we can promote the traditions of every single Country or combine history with the spirit of innovation and development for the future.”
The words of the President concluded the official closing ceremony of the Universal Exposition of Milan and an exciting show of fireworks and pyrotechnics excited and amazed an audience of spectators along the perimeter of the Open Air Theater.
